Donations are generally non-refundable. If a payment is deducted but not reflected, please contact us with transaction details for verification.

Cancellation and refund decisions for paid events are governed by event-specific terms published at registration time.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method in accordance with banking and payment-gateway timelines.
